About Atheist Point
Launched in March of 2009, Atheist Point is the result of months of hard work, and is just going to get bigger and bigger from here on.
With Atheist Points main focus being an atheist resource site, Atheist Point aims to keep you upto date with all the latest atheist news, videos and text from around the world, in an effort to do the following:
- Remove the prejudice towards non-belivers and free thinkers; who are considered "unpatriotic" and should not be considered "US citizens" by such American presidents as George H. W. Bush.
- Teach people that religion is in fact, a very dangerous thing; to society, education, fundamental human rights, and your personal growth as a human being.
- Show people that disbeliving in a doctrine of faith such as Christianity or Islam, does not make you the "monster" and "devil worshipper" that most religions insultingly force down your throat. After all, who would want to worship a god that supposedly gives you the gift of free thought, but then punishes you for actually using it?
